Service and account
Vibecrew is a macOS application provided by CESER YAZILIM LTD. You must provide accurate account details, verify your email and protect your credentials. Using the application requires an active paid plan or granted gift access; there is no free trial.
Plans, prices and renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew unless cancelled. The lifetime offer can be purchased while on sale; closing the offer does not affect existing owners. Plans allow 3 Macs. Türkiye prices include VAT; in other countries, tax is calculated at checkout based on location. Displayed region and billing country may affect pricing; check the total at Polar checkout before confirming payment.
Polar, cancellation and refunds
Polar handles payments, taxes, invoices and refunds as the merchant of record. You may cancel renewal from your account page. Monthly, annual and lifetime plans carry an unconditional refund within 14 days of payment: use “Request refund” on your account page or email hi@getvibecrew.com. Refunding revokes the relevant access. See the Refund policy for cancellation and refund details.
Model providers and usage
Model services such as Claude and Codex use your own account and subscription; their fees are not included in the Vibecrew price. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs and executed actions. Do not use the service unlawfully or infringe others’ rights. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy and changes
The Privacy policy explains account and payment data; the Cookie policy explains measurement and acquisition tracking. Measurement and advertising permission is not a condition of registration and can be changed at any time. The version of these terms is shown above. Contact us with questions or requests.
