Data controller and contact
CESER YAZILIM LTD is the data controller for Vibecrew. Contact hi@getvibecrew.com about your personal data.
Account and service data
We process your name, email, verification information, sessions, linked sign-in methods, devices and license information to provide your account and service, protect security and offer support. Support requests may contain the content you submit. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Desktop project data is stored locally; content sent to a model provider you select is subject to that provider’s terms.
Measurement, advertising and acquisition
Optional measurement and advertising tracking relies on your permission. With the corresponding consent, UTM parameters and Google click IDs may be stored in a 90-day acquisition cookie and added to your account at registration. Configured Google Ads conversions are sent only with advertising permission; we do not add email addresses or hashed emails to these events. See the Cookie policy for details. Rejecting permission does not affect access to the service.
Polar and other service providers
Polar handles payment, tax calculation, invoices and refunds as the merchant of record. We send your account ID, verified email and, when needed for country detection, IP address to Polar for checkout. Vibecrew does not store card details; Polar processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Hosting, email, your selected sign-in provider and, with permission, Google may also process data for the service; these providers may be located abroad.
Retention, grounds and rights
Account and contract data is processed to provide the service; security data for legitimate interests; necessary financial records for legal obligations. Optional tracking relies on consent. Account deletion also removes associated acquisition data; Polar’s legal record retention duties apply separately. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. You can withdraw consent for future processing and complain to the competent data protection authority.
